Jen Brown is a film and documentary producer working internationally, based in Austin TX. She grew up around the world as the daughter of an Air Force Colonel, and from an early age learned to adapt to a variety of cultures, social settings, and changing environments. She got her start in filmmaking as an editor for Discovery Channel. She started producing and fell in love with the details, deadlines, budgets and personalities she encountered every day. She has 10 years of experience making the lives of production companies, agencies, and clients much easier during pre-pro, on set, and throughout post production.
Jen traveled to 5 cities in 3 countries last year, producing “The New Space Race” a National Geographic sponsored web series about a new era of private space exploration. She is currently producing “Neat: the story of bourbon”, a feature documentary about Kentucky’s native spirit.
